So; I humble request please prepare if you are continually taking any medicine, please. It is very important but our company will provide something first aid kid bag normally as headache, fever, stomach problem as diarrhea, cough & cool some bandage, tape & Diamox for high altitude sickness, etc.

Perfect Itinerary of Tsum Valley Manaslu Trek:


Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and a representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will welcome and transfer you to your selected hotel by private vehicle.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley by private vehicle with an expert tour guide. Prepare the Special Permit of Manaslu and Tsum Valley.

  • Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple)
  • Boudhanath Stupa (Large white Buddhist Stupa)
  • Pashupatinath (Hindu Temple)
  • Patan Durbar Square (Ancient city)

Day 03: Kathmandu to Arughat Bazaar (600m) or Soti Khola (700m) by bus takes (8 hrs) stay overnight at beautiful comfortable Lodge.

Day 04: Soti Khola to Machhi Khola (870m) walking (6 hrs) Stayover night at Comfortable Lodge.

Day 05: Machha Khola to Jagat (1370m) walking (6/7 hrs) stay at nice Lodge.

Day 06: Jagat to Lokpa (2260m) walking (5 hrs) stay overnight at nice Lodge.

Day 07: Lokpa to Chumling (2385m) walking (6/7 hrs) stay overnight at nice Lodge.

Day 08: Chumling to Chhokangparo (3031m) walking (6-7 hrs) stay at nice Lodge.

Day 09: Chhokangparo to Rachen Gompa (3240m) walking (5 hrs) stay at nice Lodge. After taking lunch visit to biggest monastery of female monks to call nunnery.

Day 10: Rachen Gompa to Nile (3360m) walking (4/5 hrs) stay overnight at nice lodge. It is beautiful walking along nice valley.

Day 11: Day Excursion visiting to beautiful monastery of Mu Gompa and the border side of Tibet. It is nice to visit then back to the Nile if you have time can come to bit down Rachen Gompa for overnight stay.

Day 12: Rachen Gompa to Lokpa  (2260m) walking (7 hrs) stay at nice Lodge.

Day 13: Lokpa to Tatopani (990m) walking (7-8 hrs) stay at nice Lodge.

Day 14: Tatopani to Lapubesi (880m) walking (6-7 hrs) stay at nice Lodge.

Day 15: Lapubesi to Arughat Bazaar (570m) walking is (6/7 hrs) stay at nice Lodge.

Day 16: Arughat Bazaar to Kathmandu by bus (8 hrs) driving stay at a nice Hotel.

Day 17: A representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport by private vehicle.
