The trek can start along the Annapurna circuit trekking trail first Kathmandu to Besisahar by private or local vehicle then trek can start or directly can drive to Chame then can start Nar Phu valley trekking. Chame Koto village is main starting gate of Nar phu valley trekking then will be a week visit there then cross the Kangla Pass then join in Manang village then trek can continue to high pass Thorong La or can return to down same way end in Besisahar then back to Kathmandu. If continue trek high pass trek will end near the Pokhara.
What kind of People and their cultures, religion, dress up lifestyle can we explore? Nar Phu Trek region most of the people are living Lama means monk ethnics starting time Gurung & some mix people living but when arrive in Nar Phu village only we can meet Lama, Botia those people lives in mountain region they eat what they grown as potatoes, barley, buckwheat many vegetable. They have lots yaks & sheep’s. The region people are Buddhist, they speak their own languages, and they have typical dress up thick cloths made by yak & sheep wool. Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and a representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will welcome and transfer you to your selected hotel by private vehicle.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley by private vehicle with an expert tour guide.

Day 05: Trek to Meta 3560m walking 6/7 hrs stay overnight at nice and comfortable lodge
Day 06: Trek to Phu village 4080m walking (7 hrs) stay overnight at comfortable lodge.
Day 07: Acclimatize day and excursion explore Phu valley, Local lifestyle, their cultures, religion, monastery and rest stay overnight at same lodge.
Day 08: Trek to Nar Phedi (Monastery) (3500m) walking easy just 5 hrs stay overnight at lodge.

Day 13: Besisahar to Kathmandu (6/7 hrs) drive and stay overnight at nice Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 14: A representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport by private vehicle.
The day to days Itinerary is perfect arrival to departure 14 Days but if you like more or less days trek we do customize easily according to your dateline. And, Putting Rest day in Phu village than Nar Village is the best place to have rest because Nar village has many thing to explore as well as warm place then Phu Village and before crossing high pass of Kang La saving a day energy is the best to success adventure high pass.
