You are visiting in Langtang National Park need to issue an entry permit and allowed to visit there.  Major Camp is Lama Hotel, Langtang Valley and Kyanjin Gompa where local lifestyle and typical cultures as well as their warm hospitality. They are a farmer and grow various crops, vegetables. They provide local organic meals. They are pure Buddhist and there are many old and new Monasteries. They have lots of Yaks & Sheep’s and they are producing real organic yak cheese.  Kyanjin Gompa is the main destiny of Langtang valley trek, sleeping in the highest place at 3860m height, then excursion to Kyanjin Ri 4770m or Tserku Ri 4984m for outstanding panorama mountain views. Gosainkunda TrekCost of Langtang Trek: It cost is US$ 475 per person but needs a minimum of 2 people if you are single visitor cost would be a bit more. Feel free.

Major Destiny or Day to Days Camp of Langtang Trek: Syabrubesi  (1500m), Lama Hotel (2450m), Langtang valley (3450m), Kyanjin Gompa (3860m) and best outstanding Mountain viewpoint Kyanjin Ri (4770m) and Tserko Ri (4984m.) Then Return via the same trekking trail Langtang, Lama Hotel and Syabrubesi.

People, Religion & Culture: Most of the people are Tamang inhabitants as Tibetan influence because the Tibet border is near. They have own culture, customs, dress up, language and Buddhist religion. They have a typical lifestyle and many new and oldest monasteries called Gompa. They are rich in typical culture and natural beauty.

Trekking Gears of Langtang Trek? Langtang Trek is one of the easiest and short treks. We do recommend the clothes you must prepare likewise warm enough clothes as down jackets, good sleeping bag, trekking boot, but other time normal sport shoes, some pair of clothes & not too heavy jackets as fleece, some walking paints and T-shirts are fine then comfort day pack and 2 letter water bottle, sun cream, sun hat, walking pool, etc.

Tamang CultureCarry your Important Medicine: medicine is very important if you have any disease you must carry the medicine with you. That “prevention is better than cure” mountain region we can’t find any health care, clinic, and hospital if there is clinic you may not get according to your problem medicine. So; I humble request please prepare if you are continually taking the any medicine please. It is very important but our company will provide something first aid kit bag normally as headache, fever, stomach problem as diarrhea, cough & cold some bandage, tape & Diamox for high altitude sickness etc.

6 Night 7 Days Short & Sweet, Perfect Itinerary of Langtang Trek


Day 01: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1500m) by bus (7/8 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 02: Trek to Lama Hotel  (2450m) walking (7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 03: Trek to Langtang valley (3450m) walking (7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3860m) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 05: Early morning Ascend to Kyanjin Ri (4600m) or Tserko Ri (4984m) Then downward to Lama Hotel. It's easy downwards and stays at a nice lodge. 

Day 06: Trek to Syabru Besi walking (6/7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 07: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu by bus (7/8 hrs) stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.
