Trek route is along with fly to Lukla then Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Everest base camp 5364m, Kalapatthar 5545m, Cho La Pass 5420m Then visit again beautiful lakes in Gokyo valley 4750m, Gokyo Ri 5360m then trek will downwards to Namche Lukla ending by flight to Kathmandu.  It is touching the world’s highest Mt. Everest 8848m base camp and watches the incredible view from Kalapatthar and Gokyo Ri. Gokyo valley has 5th gorgeous lakes and you will sleep beside in the beautiful 3rd lake. There are two huge glaciers one is Khumbu glacier in the Everest base camp area another is Nazumpa Glacier in Gokyo Valley. Normally, 14-15 days trekking itinerary is perfect as below mentioned. Transportations of Chola Pass Trek:

Most of the people like to go by flight Kathmandu to Lukla then returning also same by flight Lukla to Kathmandu. It takes half an hour’s flight. There is running some vehicle but you should walk 4 to recover because the vehicle is going till Phaplu village.

Chola Pass 5420mEverest Chola Pass Trek is one of the most stunning trekking track the temperature is always cold weather due to trek start from 2800m from sea level and every day we need to go high elevation where we must arrange the warm enough clothing’s and gears as big jacket as down jacket, warm enough fleece, warm paint & inner, warm hat, gloves, warm enough sucks, warm trouser or trekking pants, some quick-dry trekking t-short, half paint, warm enough negative sleeping bag, comfortable trekking boot, headlight, sandal, 2-liter water bottle, sun cream, sunglasses, day pack comfort bag, camera and charger as two-pin, towel, Toiletries’, etc.

Carry your important medicine:

Yaks in Gokyo LakeMedicine is very important if you have any ailment you must carry the medicine with you. That “prevention is better than cure” mountain region we can’t find any healthcare, clinic, and hospital if there is the clinic you may not get according to your problems medicine. So that; I humble request please prepare if you are continually taking any medicine please bring with you or buy in Kathmandu. It is very important but our company will provide something first aid kid bag normally as a headache, fever, stomach problem as diarrhea, cough & cold some bandage, tape & Diamox for high altitude sickness, etc.

Details Itinerary

Day To Day’s Itinerary of Everest Cho La Pass Trek

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and a representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will welcome and transfer you to your selected hotel by private vehicle.

Day 02: Early morning flight to Lukla (2820m) then trek to Phakding (2640m) walking (4-5 hrs) stay overnight at comfortable Lodge.

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m) walking (6 hrs) stay overnight at Nice Lodge.

Day 04: Acclimatization day. Visit Everest View Hotel or (Khumjung / Khunde) valley or around National Park Museum then back to Namche. Stay overnight at the same Lodge.

Day 05: Trek to Tengboche (3860m) walking (6 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 06: Trek to Dingboche (4410m) walking (6/7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 07: Acclimatization, day excursion and ascend to Narsyang top (4967m) walking (4 hrs up and 2 hrs down) stay overnight same the lodge in Dingboche. It will be great acclimatization of further altitude.

Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4970m) walking (6 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 09: Trek to Gorak Shep (5166m) walking (3 hrs) after taking lunch visit to Everest Base Camp (5364m) up down walking  (4 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 10: Early morning ascends to Kalapatthar (5545m) where the time takes 2 hours and the descent for about an hour. It is close and biggest Everest view from here. After having breakfast, we then trek to Dzongla (4830m) walking (4 hrs) stay overnight lodge.

Day 11: Early morning ascends over the Cho-La Pass (5420m) (3 hrs) and treks to Thangna (4700m) down walking (4 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 12: Trek to Gokyo (4760m) walking (3 hrs) crossing huge glacier after lunch you can explore around Gokyo Lakes and view the glaciers. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 13: Early morning ascend to Gokyo Ri (5360m) ascending (2 hours up and 1 hour down) then take breakfast lunch trek to Machermo (4390m) or Dole stay overnight at nice Lodge.

Day 14: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m) walking (5/6 hrs) Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 15: Trek to Lukla (2820m) walking (7 hrs) stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 16: Early morning fly back to Kathmandu (35 minutes) and transfer to your selected hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 17: A representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport by private vehicle.
