After the adventure, the high pass of Annapurna round trek continues to Apple valley and the orange valley of Hotspring and you will have a nice hot bath. It is so reliable for your tired muscles. Then again you will visit the best panoramic viewpoint Poon Hill 3210m. Trekking Gear in Annapurna Circuit Trek? It is a common high pass trek but must prepare warm enough clothing and comfort gears as a big jacket as a down jacket, warm enough fleece, windproof Gore-Tex, warm hat, gloves, warm enough sucks, warm trouser or trekking pains, some quick-dry trekking t-shirt, half paint, warm enough negative sleeping bag, comfortable trekking boots, light sandal, headlight, 2-liter water bottle, sun cream, sunglasses, comfort day pack, etc. If you need, you can rent Sleeping bag and down jacket in Kathmandu.

Apples of Jomsom ValleyCarry Your Important Medicine: Medicine is very important if you have any disease you must carry the medicine with you. That “prevention is better than cure” mountain region we can’t find any healthcare, clinic, and hospital if there is a clinic you may not get according to your problem medicine. So; I humble request please prepare if you are continually taking any medicine, please. It is very important but our company will provide a first aid kit bag normally for headaches, fever, stomach problems such as diarrhea, cough & cool some bandages, tape & Diamox for high altitude sickness, etc.



Details Itinerary

Day to Days Annapurna Circuit Trek Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and a representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will welcome and transfer you to your selected hotel by private vehicle.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Besisahar (820m) by bus or private vehicle. It takes (6-7 hrs) walk (2/3 hrs) Bulbule or Ngadi (900m) and stay overnight at a lodge.

Day 03: Trek to Jagat or Chamje (1470m) walking (7 hrs) ​stay ​overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Trek to Dharapani (2113m) or Danaque (2260m) walking (7 hrs) overnight at lodge.

Day 05: Trek to Chame (2620m) walking (6-7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 06: Trek to Pisang (3250m) walking (7 hrs) ​stay ​overnight at lodge.

Day 07: Trek to Manang (3540m) approximate time for the long way (8-9 hrs) Great views of Annapurna II (7937m) the Annapurna range and many more peaks. The approximate time for the shortcut is (6 hrs) to stay overnight at the lodge.

Day 08: Acclimatization day in Manang and do some hiking for a few hours.

Day 09: Trek to Yak Kharka (4100m) walking (5-6 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 10: Trek to Thorong Phedi (4441m) walking (4 hrs) or Thorong High camp (4850m) walking one more hour overnight at lodge.

Day 11: Trek to Muktinath after an early morning start. From Thorung Phedi to High Camp it is about an hour’s ascent. High Camp is (4850m) and then head over the Thorung La (5416m) followed by a descent to Muktinath (3800m) it takes ascending (4/5 hrs) and descends (3/4 hrs) total around (8/9 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 12: Trek to Marpha (2670m) walking (7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 13: Trek to Kalopani Lete (2480m) walking (7 hrs) ​stay ​overnight at lodge.

Day 14: Trek to Tatopani (natural hot spring) (1190m) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 15: Trek to Ghorepani (2750m) walking (8-9 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 16: Early morning ascends Poon Hill (3210m) for about an hour. We should arrive there before sunrise and view the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, along with Machhapuchhre (Holy Mountain), and many more peaks we will be able to view. Then descend to the hotel to have breakfast and pack our bags and trek to Nayapul at approximate time (7 hrs) which will be the end of our trek. Drive back to Pokhara at an approximate time of 1 hour 20 minutes. You will arrive at lunchtime in Pokhara and you will get time to explore Pokhara city and stay overnight at a Hotel in Pokhara.

Day 17: Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus (6-7 hrs) (202kms) or by flight 45 minutes and stay overnight at your selected hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 18: A representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport by private vehicle.
